General
In general the contract between you and Tendai Jewellery (“the site”) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Tendai Jewellery reserves the right to make changes to this site and its terms and conditions at any time.

 
Contract for sale
By completing the purchase you agree to the Terms and Condition of the site.
 
The items displayed on this site marked in stock are available for purchase. However on rare occasions levels of stock might be incorrect and a particular item might be out of stock. In this case you will be contacted within 24 hours with expected re-stock date or an alternative item.
 
We reserve the right to add or withdraw items from our range without notice.
 
 
Description of goods
We carefully chose our products to represent the highest standard of quality. 
We endeavour to provide you with best description and the most accurate pictures of products available on our site. However please note this is only for guidance purposes.
 
 
Method of payment
The site accepts major debit and credit cards and the payments are secured by Paypal. Tendai Jewellery can also accept cheques or postal orders provided they are made payable to TENDAI JEWELLERY and posted to Tendai Jewellery along with the order. Please allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear so we can despatch your order to you.
 
 
Prices
All prices are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT.
 
 
Delivery
We aim to despatch our goods within 24 hours however we reserve the right to delay the despatch under certain circumstances.
 
All orders are sent via Royal Mail recoded service and we aim to deliver the goods within 3 working days, however the maximum delivery is 30 days.
 
 
Returns
This Christmas returns period have been extended to 12th January 2010
The jewellery can be returned within 10 working days of the delivery to:

The jewellery must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.
 
The Tendai Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for any returns being lost or damaged in post. The postage cost is not reimbursed.
 
Any refunds will be issued within 21 working days.
 
For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept body jewellery unless faulty.
 
 
Cancellation 
You can cancel the order within 24 hours and receive full refund. However if the order was already despatched, the goods must be returned to us in order to receive full refund less p&p fee.
 
We reserve the right to cancel the order due to failed payment or unavailability of the item.
