All parcels are delivered via Royal Mail registered service. You can choose either standard delivery (£3.00 per order) or next day delivery (£4.90 per order). The parcels sent via standard delivery are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. Parcels sent via special delivery are delivered next day if the order is placed before 2pm.
Please note that all orders over £70.00 are automatically sent via special delivery.
Please be advised that the site is not liable for items being damaged or delayed in post. Therefore we recommend using special delivery service (next day delivery guaranteed by Royal Mail).
If you are unsure about your ring size we recommend visiting your local jeweller to have your size measured. Please note that wide rings might require allowing one size up.
You can also try determining your ring size on your own
1. Wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around your finger.
2. Mark the point where the two ends meet.
3. Measure the string or paper against a ruler to get the circumference of your finger.

If you still struggle to determine your ring size, please contact us for a free ring size gauge.
We accept major debit and credit cards. However if you prefer to send us a cheque or postal order we can also accept them provided they are made payable to TENDAI JEWELLERY. Please allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear so we can despatch your order to you.
The jewellery can be returned if not suitable provided it is has not been worn. Please return the jewellery in its original packaging within 10 working days of the delivery to:

We suggest you use signed for delivery service or recorded delivery as Tendai Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent. The postage cost is not reimbursed.
We can either refund the returned item or exchange it for another item. Any refunds will be issued within 21 working days.
Please note we are unable to refund goods that have been worn or have not been returned in original packaging.
For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept body jewellery unless faulty.
In unlikely event you receive jewellery that is faulty, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. As fine silver (99.9% pure) is too soft
All products available in Tendai Shop are made of 925 Sterling Silver and are coated with 935 Silver for even better quality.

Crystallized - Swarovski ElementsTM is the new product brand for Swarovski crystals in a variety of sizes, shapes and colours. Products that are labelled with this brand guarantee the originality of Swarovski crystals used in creations of international fashion houses and designers.
Sterling silver is soft metal that tarnish over time. Therefore it is essential to take appropriate care of your jewellery.
Tendai Jewellery recommends keeping your jewellery in provided presentation boxes to avoid scratches and twists. Please remove you rings for any house works, swimming or showering.
Some perfume, detergents and chemicals can accelerate the tarnish process. Please do not use any dips to clean the jewellery. To bring the shine of silver use anti tarnish cleaning cloth available in our shop to clean or wash the jewellery in water with washing up liquid with soft brush, rinse thoroughly and polish with very soft cloth.
Most of the necklaces consist of a pendant and attachable 40cm silver chain. If this is the case we can provide the pendant on its own. This will reduce the price of the necklace by £8.00. If you would like to purchase a pendant on its own please make an appropriate comment in the comment window or email us and we will subtract £8.00 from the value of the necklace.
